About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support everything from purchase orders to billing processes
- Configure products in our system and keep data sharp & accurate
- Work closely with customers and installation teams to keep communication smooth
- Build project plans, monitor progress, and tackle challenges head-on
- Align delivery timelines with customer expectations
- Coordinate shipping, transfers, and solve delivery hiccups
- Manage returns and rework processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh grads welcome!)
- Solid MS Excel skills + SAP knowledge
- Fluent in French & English
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
