About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic HR consulting: Point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Employee support & development: Advising and supporting on topics such as performance management, employee development, conflict management, and organizational change.
  • HR projects & change management: Participation in HR projects and active support for change processes and the development of HR standards.
  • Employment law & HR policies: Advising on employment law matters and ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education/degree: Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
  • Advisory skills: Confident presence and the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication: Very good German and English skills, as well as strong communication and facilitation skills.
