About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define targeting strategies and build account plans, notably using the MEDDIC methodology.
- Drive sales opportunities: meetings, demonstrations, webinars, events, client lunches, and follow-ups.
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects while conducting negotiations with all stakeholders up to C-level decision-makers.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs, covering both technical and commercial aspects.
- Prepare and deliver pitch presentations to prospects.
- Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the team responsible for onboarding new clients.
- Build business cases in collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, etc.).
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams by sharing identified needs and market insights to support the evolution of our offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 8 years of experience in complex B2B sales, including significant experience selling to Enterprise customers.
- You are experienced with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles up to C-level decision-makers and comfortable in environments where negotiation is strategic.
- You have a true hunter mindset: opening accounts, persuading prospects, and creating preference against incumbent providers motivates you.
- You know how to build long-term trusting relationships with prospects through a listening and consultative approach.
- You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate effectively with Marketing, BDRs, and other functions across Epsor.
- A strong knowledge of the HR ecosystem and its stakeholders (CHROs, CFOs, Compensation & Benefits teams, etc.).
- Experience responding to RFPs or selling in complex environments is a plus.
