About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Help qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Founders/Account Executives and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track key metrics and continuously improve outreach performance.
  • Help document sales/GTM processes.
  • Stay informed about our product, industry trends, and customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or business development at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, where quota has been met or exceeded.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft) and sales engagement/marketing automation platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or STEM.
  • Strong technical acumen as demonstrated by a technical/engineering degree or past work experience in a technical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with copywriting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and persistent.
  • Open-minded/willingness to grow.
  • Familiarity with highly technical SaaS products.
  • US Citizenship required (future security clearance may be required).
