About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Help qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for our solutions.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Founders/Account Executives and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track key metrics and continuously improve outreach performance.
- Help document sales/GTM processes.
- Stay informed about our product, industry trends, and customer challenges.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales or business development at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, where quota has been met or exceeded.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft) and sales engagement/marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or STEM.
- Strong technical acumen as demonstrated by a technical/engineering degree or past work experience in a technical role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with copywriting is a plus.
- Self-motivated, curious, and persistent.
- Open-minded/willingness to grow.
- Familiarity with highly technical SaaS products.
- US Citizenship required (future security clearance may be required).
