About the role
- Analyze the economic potential of our clients and identify suitable funding opportunities for their investment and innovation projects.
- Independently plan, structure and manage funding projects from the initial assessment through to successful application submission.
- Prepare solid economic and financial reports and apply your expertise to derive strategic recommendations.
- Play a central role in communication between funding bodies and our clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Manage your own extensive senior-level client portfolio and prioritize projects efficiently and proactively.
- Support Business Developers in client meetings with deep technical expertise and strategic insight.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Financial Management, or a comparable commercial discipline.
- Alternatively, you have a related professional qualification such as a tax clerk, certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or another commercial apprenticeship.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in the grants/funding, consulting, or finance sector and possess in-depth knowledge of the research allowance (Forschungszulage) or comparable funding programs.
- You quickly grasp complex issues, think in a structured way, and find convincing solutions even for challenging questions.
- With your enthusiastic and authentic manner, you communicate confidently and reliably at all levels.
- Very good German and business-fluent English skills enable you to communicate successfully in an international environment.
