About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all the marketing administrative tasks necessary to support all marketing activities
  • Work with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets
  • Assist in executing marketing programs and create budgets to support business growth and customer engagement
  • Participate in and support regional events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up
  • Travel as needed to assist with regional activities, events, and team collaboration
  • Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through email, digital, social media, and events
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support
  • Create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics
  • Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets

Requirements
