About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior HRIS Business Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, optimize technology solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
- This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, managing system enhancements, supporting HR technology platforms, and delivering projects that improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and the employee experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) – hands-on configuration, support, and process optimization across HRIS modules
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing recruiting workflows with a modern ATS like Greenhouse or similar.
- Led cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficient in configuring enterprise applications to meet business requirements, with the ability to tailor workflows, user interfaces, and business rules without compromising system integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex information, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of user experiences principles and a strong ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and process enhancements.
- Skilled in identifying potential project and operational risks, evaluating their impact, and proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
