About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms in production
Implement and manage automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and operations
Administer and optimize VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Support infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking layers
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using automation tools
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and availability issues
Automate deployment workflows and operational tasks
Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams on solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of relevant, hands-on experience in infrastructure and data center engineering
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Kubernetes required
Strong experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform
Experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Solid understanding of data center networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
Strong Linux systems administration skills
