💰 $80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Architect solutions and provide suggestions to improve current business processes
- Meet with stakeholders to review and design solutions
- Configure and develop solutions. Test, document, gather approvals, and migrate to production
- Assist leadership with prioritization--providing timelines, level of effort, and solution options
- Develop or improve existing automation and system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts to increase overall efficiency
- Train and mentor others in the development and support teams
- Participate in 3rd party application development and design
- Manage and maintain platform security and perform periodic security reviews
- Maintain Application Servers where necessary
- Review support communications and remediate if needed
- Provide 2nd level support for ePlus staff with issues, questions, and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Experience with the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development
- Strong code development skills with client and server-side scripting
- UI experience designing intuitive interfaces for staff and customers
- Experience with source control systems
- Performed release upgrades and patches
- Managed security models
