About the role
- Make telephone contact with customers to monitor their use of our solution and ensure a positive experience.
- Track the status of contract and subscription renewals, assisting in the retention process.
- Record interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Identify potential customer needs and route them to the appropriate teams.
- Support the Customer Success team in developing strategies for engagement and customer retention.
