Architect & build integrations: Design, implement, and operate integrations between epilot and customer systems (ERP, CRM, billing, etc.).
Own integrations end-to-end, including production responsibility.
Build integration tooling into the core product: Design and implement platform capabilities and tooling (APIs, monitoring, internal tools) that make integrations faster and more self-service.
Lead customer integration projects: Act as technical lead for onboarding and migration projects. Customize and extend standard integrations to real-world needs.
Ensure integrations meet agreed SLAs for reliability and performance. Handle complex data flows and ensure data quality and integrity across distributed systems.
Work mainly on backend, cloud & architecture: Serverless AWS microservices, APIs, and event systems.

Requirements

Strong hands-on AWS experience, ideally serverless and event-driven.
Experience designing and operating production cloud systems.
Solid backend skills (TypeScript/JavaScript or similar).
Experience integrating with external systems.
Comfortable with messy, real-world data.
Security knowledge: Auth, IAM, secrets management, least privilege, secure data handling.
Comfortable discussing architectures with customers and partners.
German is a strong plus (B2+).
English required.
