About the role

  • Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders regarding disease-state and product-specific information within assigned geography
  • Provide scientific exchange and communication of FDA approved and pipeline products
  • Serve as primary liaison with investigators interested in developing and conducting investigator-initiated research
  • Document and forward reports of adverse events according to the internal policy to ensure safe and effective use of the company's products
  • Attend and serve at scientific lead at regional and national congress meetings and provide support for Medical Affairs activities and scientific sessions
  • Generate and routinely communicate medical insights
  • Stays current on market issues/trends and product knowledge in therapeutic areas that are relevant to company's business
  • Ability to develop/maintain an effective professional network

Requirements

  • Previous MSL experience required (minimum of 5 years)
  • 5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, DNP) – preferred
  • Proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and execution (project management, workstream leadership, etc.)
  • Experience making scientific presentations
  • Neuropsych (especially ADHD) experience – strongly preferred
