About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned region
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close
- Grow and retain existing customer relationships, especially supporting customers with urgent service needs
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Partner with operations and service teams to deliver solutions that fit each customer's fleet
- Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM with discipline and accuracy
- Represent Prestige Fleet Services at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
- Act with urgency — fleet customers don't have time to wait, and neither do we
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet maintenance, diesel/heavy-duty repair, trucking, transportation, or a related industry
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Strong knowledge of the fleet maintenance industry, or solid mechanical/technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage your own territory
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills, both with shop-floor decision makers and C-suite buyers
