About the role

  • Team Management: Lead a team of Account Executives (AEs), providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Performance Management: Ensure team targets are met, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and mentorship programs to develop AEs’ skills in leading effective meetings and pipeline management.
  • Onboarding: Onboard new AE's in cooperation with Sales Enablement.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the team's pipeline management efforts and hygiene.
  • Forecasting: Present realistic sales forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with SDR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals, strategies, and lead handoff processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase team productivity, performance, and overall success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a top-performing AE or Team Lead in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Experience leading inbound sales motions; ideally in a high-velocity SMB context.
  • Strong coaching mindset: able to diagnose issues and elevate skills across discovery, demo, and closing.
  • Data-driven, organized, and comfortable working within Salesforce and related tools (e.g. Gong).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
