Sales

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of SDRs prospecting into the US and UK markets.
• Oversee the creation of a consistent, high quality pipeline of sales opportunities generated through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s, call coaching, and QA reviews to improve messaging and conversion rates.
• Oversee campaign setup and optimization within our AI SDR platform — managing email, LinkedIn, and sequence performance.
• Monitor outbound performance metrics (activities, response rates, pipeline generated) and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine target personas, messaging, and segmentation.
• Maintain alignment between SDRs and AEs for handover quality and feedback loops.
• Support team scheduling and coverage across multiple time zones.
• Foster a positive, accountable culture that emphasizes learning, experimentation, and results.
