About the role
- Coordinate payroll information and ensure accurate salary approvals each month.
- Review and verify payroll controls before each payout to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Improve administrative processes connected to payroll.
- Provide support and answer payroll-related questions for colleagues and managers.
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits and authorities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external payroll providers.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes.
- Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Great communication skills with the ability to communicate with managers, employees, and colleagues in a consultative way.
- Experience in administering expenses.
