About the role

  • Organizing and being an integral part of the global annual salary review process
  • Supporting Talent Partners and managers with advice on salary setting
  • Administering the allocation of the employee incentive program (RSUs)
  • Providing updated salary statistics and reporting to the organization
  • Contributing to team OKRs to drive total rewards initiatives
  • Ensure our salary data processes comply with regulations, such as the EU pay transparency directive
  • Reporting to and supporting the Head of Total Rewards; temporary cover from December/January until December 2026

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits in various countries
  • Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Epidemic Sound
