About the role
- Organizing and being an integral part of the global annual salary review process
- Supporting Talent Partners and managers with advice on salary setting
- Administering the allocation of the employee incentive program (RSUs)
- Providing updated salary statistics and reporting to the organization
- Contributing to team OKRs to drive total rewards initiatives
- Ensure our salary data processes comply with regulations, such as the EU pay transparency directive
- Reporting to and supporting the Head of Total Rewards; temporary cover from December/January until December 2026
Requirements
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits in various countries
- Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Epidemic Sound
