About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist functional subject matter experts in designing and developing internal training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning content, presentations, and knowledge checks
Track timelines, deliverables, reviews, and launch readiness for training initiatives
Gather content from subject matter experts and clarify learning objectives
Publish, test, and maintain courses in the LMS, including course setup, learner assignments, and completion tracking
Review learning content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and learner experience
Collect learner feedback and assist with basic reporting to identify improvement opportunities
Organize learning assets, documentation, and standard templates
Partner with Epicor Learning and HR team members and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in instructional design, learning technology, corporate training, or talent development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Comfort learning new technology platforms and tools
Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Experience creating presentations, training materials, digital content, or school project portfolios preferred
Prior LMS or eLearning experience helpful but not required
Familiarity with PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Docebo, or similar tools is a plus
