About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist functional subject matter experts in designing and developing internal training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning content, presentations, and knowledge checks
  • Track timelines, deliverables, reviews, and launch readiness for training initiatives
  • Gather content from subject matter experts and clarify learning objectives
  • Publish, test, and maintain courses in the LMS, including course setup, learner assignments, and completion tracking
  • Review learning content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and learner experience
  • Collect learner feedback and assist with basic reporting to identify improvement opportunities
  • Organize learning assets, documentation, and standard templates
  • Partner with Epicor Learning and HR team members and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Interest in instructional design, learning technology, corporate training, or talent development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Comfort learning new technology platforms and tools
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience creating presentations, training materials, digital content, or school project portfolios preferred
  • Prior LMS or eLearning experience helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Docebo, or similar tools is a plus
