About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity management activities
  • Monitor bank account balances and treasury transactions
  • Support wire transfers, ACH activity, and banking administration
  • Prepare banking documentation, signatory records, and compliance files
  • Support debt management, investment tracking, and intercompany funding activities
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions
  • Assist with treasury system maintenance and process improvements
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Exposure to banking platforms
  • Understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
  • CTP, or progress toward certification is a plus
  • 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
