About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, and Engineering teams to understand business problems and translate them into product requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user experience requirements for AI-powered features and workflows.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes (where appropriate), and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in feature prioritization, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Validate delivered functionality through acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Analyze customer feedback, support cases, and product usage to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Define and document agent workflows, decision flows, prompts, and business rules for AI-enabled experiences.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with Platform UX standards.
- Coordinate with multiple engineering teams to ensure consistent adoption of Prism capabilities across products.
- Support product demonstrations, customer reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software product development.
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or intelligent automation (preferred).
- Experience defining AI-assisted workflows or automation scenarios (preferred).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted user experiences (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise software products (preferred).
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools (preferred).
- Understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design (preferred).
