About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions aligned to company objectives and customer needs.
- Translate market opportunities and customer feedback into prioritized product requirements and actionable development plans.
- Ensure products adhere to country-specific compliances.
- Demonstrate ability to leverage AI tools to improve product management effectiveness, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to apply AI-assisted workflows to synthesize customer feedback, summarize research, identify trends, and accelerate documentation creation.
- Drive requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to balance innovation, scalability, security, and regulatory constraints.
- Support go-to-market activities including positioning, customer enablement, training, and executive presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in software industry and ERP systems preferred.
- Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge preferred.
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
