About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple AI-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.
Define project scope and milestones starting from desired customer and business outcomes, and align execution accordingly.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across concurrent initiatives.
Drive execution using Agile methodologies and standard SDLC practices.
Support governance across AI initiatives, including prioritization, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
Improve portfolio visibility through structured reporting, dashboards, and status communications.
Establish repeatable processes and playbooks to scale AI project delivery.
Track and communicate portfolio health, risks, and progress to leadership.
Work closely with engineering and data science teams to translate technical initiatives into actionable plans.
Operate effectively across disciplines where traditional boundaries between engineering, product, UX, and data science are evolving.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management within software development or technology environments.
Proven experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
Experience working in global, cross-functional team environments.
Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle concepts (data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment).
Experience working with engineering and data science teams.
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern software architectures.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar.
PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent project management experience.
