Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions supporting quote-to-cash processes including quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition
Partnering with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions
Analyzing quote-to-cash data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization
Building and maintaining data models, ETL pipelines, and automated reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Providing analytical support for KPIs such as quote-to-order conversion rate, billing accuracy, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and revenue cycle time
Leveraging SQL and data visualization platforms to extract, transform, and present complex data in clear, actionable formats
Collaborating with IT and Data Engineering teams to uphold data integrity, ensure data availability, and maintain alignment with enterprise data standards

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
Strong proficiency in SQL with experience manipulating large and unclean datasets
Hands-on experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience analyzing quote-to-cash processes and associated data such as quoting, orders, billing, or revenue
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse fundamentals
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear insights
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
