About the role
- Support the sales process, coordination and execution of product or service delivery projects for clients from initiation through to completion.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning efforts and achieve regional service sales goals.
- Formulate business outcomes and value propositions to prospective clients during sales cycle.
- Evaluate the profitability and potential risks of engagements, recommending client-centric solutions that optimize value while minimizing project risk.
- Collaborate with internal Epicor teams to strengthen the client relationship with Epicor.
- Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns.
- Actively participate in project kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings, either on-site or remotely.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including client presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work plan creation.
- Lead the review and approval process for scoping, planning, cost estimation, and pricing of consulting engagements.
- Provide guidance and support to team members by sharing best practices and subject matter expertise to help ensure customer value is recognized early in the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of industry-specific or specialized experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
