About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with major accounts exceeding $5M in ARR.
  • Identify white space (revenue growth opportunities) and work with sales as needed to execute new opportunities.
  • Managing the renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor.
  • Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure, and report on them monthly or quarterly.
  • Define and implement programs that support defined objectives.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed.
  • Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options.
  • Providing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account.
  • Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Support implements an annual operating plan process.
  • Attend on-site customer events to strengthen our business relationship, generate leads, and/or create new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.

  • 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket is required.
  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience in the ERP/SaaS space is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
