About the role
- Lead solution architecture for digital marketing and customer data solutions (design, data flows, integrations, documentation)
- Define and maintain reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns
- Ensure privacy-by-design and compliance (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA) across activation flows
- Architect MarTech capabilities: CDP/DMP , marketing automation, personalization, channel orchestration
- Enable measurement and analytics: tracking/event taxonomy, dashboards, attribution support
- Guide delivery teams and perform design/code reviews, ensuring intended architecture is delivered
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in solution architecture / MarTech / customer data / data architecture
- Strong experience in customer data & identity , consent/preference management, lifecycle data
- Proven integration architecture skills (APIs, webhooks, messaging, SFTP, ETL/ELT, SaaS)
- Familiar with MarTech tools such as SAP Customer Data Cloud, HubSpot/SFMC, BlueConic, Google Marketing Platform/GA, Power BI , and similar
- Cloud/SaaS experience (e.g., Azure ) and understanding of Agile/DevOps/CI/CD
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Fluent English; relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
