About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create a recruitment and sourcing strategy based on the headcount plan, talent strategy, market insight, and business need.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process supporting Epical’s employer brand and ensuring a good candidate experience, including sourcing, headhunting, salary negotiations, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Handle referral management and reporting while ensuring that the ATS (Teamtailor) is up to date and running smoothly.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition-related projects, updating processes, and aligning with legal requirements and business goals.
  • Actively monitor the talent market and stay updated on relevant trends, sharing insights on recruitment impacts and aligning talent sourcing with the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 + years’ experience in technical recruitment or recruiting for complex roles
  • Solid experience in sourcing, with a clear understanding of its strategic importance
  • Experience or strong interest in recruiting within niche and highly competitive talent markets
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex role requirements and translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, Finnish is a plus.
