About the role
- Conduct initial onboarding and introductory calls for newly signed contractors.
- Perform introduction and growth calls with all districts within the assigned book of business.
- Conduct regular check-ins with all Clinician’s on Assignment (COA) and districts within the assigned book of business.
- Check in with districts monthly to assess contractor performance and explore opportunities for new job orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractors and clients within the assigned book of business.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day issues for resources and clients within the assigned book of business.
- Interface with clients to address and resolve COA issues or concerns.
- Provide counseling and direction to clients and resources for behavioral issues and conflict resolution.
- Conduct site visits to contractors and clients when feasible.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure completion of COA contracts.
- Work closely with Client Services to ensure appropriate and successful placements.
- Partner with Business Development to ensure accuracy in client and job requirements.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure proper compensation for contractors.
Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship focused disciplines.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures.
- Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
- Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
- Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.
