About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct initial onboarding and introductory calls for newly signed contractors.
Perform introduction and growth calls with all districts within the assigned book of business.
Conduct regular check-ins with all Clinician’s on Assignment (COA) and districts within the assigned book of business.
Check in with districts monthly to assess contractor performance and explore opportunities for new job orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractors and clients within the assigned book of business.
Manage and resolve day-to-day issues for resources and clients within the assigned book of business.
Interface with clients to address and resolve COA issues or concerns.
Provide counseling and direction to clients and resources for behavioral issues and conflict resolution.
Conduct site visits to contractors and clients when feasible.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure completion of COA contracts.
Work closely with Client Services to ensure appropriate and successful placements.
Partner with Business Development to ensure accuracy in client and job requirements.
Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure proper compensation for contractors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship focused disciplines.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures.
Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims.
Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.
