About the role
- Oversee the onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement of internationally educated healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership and direction to the Candidate Relations team to ensure consistent processes and high-quality support
- Support the Director of Immigration and Operations in implementing processes, policies, procedures, and workflows
- Partner with International Operations leadership and placed healthcare professionals to strengthen collaboration and mitigate risks
- Serve as point of contact for escalated healthcare professional concerns and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution
- Track and document all escalations to identify recurring issues, patterns, and emerging trends
- Drive operational excellence and foster strategies that enhance satisfaction and support long-term retention of healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative support role
- Two years of experience working in employee relations, candidate relations, or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare or credentialing environment is strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required
- Willingness to work PH night shift (aligned with US business hours)
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language
