About the role
- High level of communication via phone & email to engage prospects
- Responsive follow up on all lead channels
- Ability to learn and manage leads within a CRM platform
- Ability to learn and successfully utilize a commercial lines comparative rater
- Foster strong relationships with referring producers, underwriters and other circles of influence
- Maintain adequate pipeline of prospects to achieve sales target
- Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books
- Proficiency providing quote comparison reviews and articulating coverage differences
- Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System within designed standards
- Fluent in navigating different risk profiles in Standard & E&S markets
- Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
- Achieve Annual Target Revenue: roughly 150K in new revenue
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- Minimum three years of experience in Commercial Lines marketing, placement, service & sales
- Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
- Capacity to present, communicate and build trust with confidence and expertise
- Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
