About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet patients warmly, creating a sense of value and community.

  • Communicate efficiently with team members to provide updates on patient arrivals, delays, or other on-site needs.
  • Foster an atmosphere of teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the office.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year in a customer service role.
  • Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting
  • A patient-centered approach, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and technology or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
