About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet patients warmly, creating a sense of value and community.
Guide patients through check-in processes, addressing any questions or concerns.
Ensure effective communication regarding walk-ins, schedule changes, or patient needs.
Troubleshoot patient issues and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
Perform all front desk and lobby opening/closing tasks, including filing and maintaining cleanliness.
Manually check in patients unable to use virtual systems.
Communicate efficiently with team members to provide updates on patient arrivals and needs.
Foster an atmosphere of teamwork to contribute to the overall success of the office.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role.
Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting.
Focus: A patient-centered approach, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with computers and technology or the ability to quickly learn.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish or Mandarin (preferred).
