About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Greet patients warmly, creating a sense of value and community.
- Guide patients through check-in processes, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure effective communication regarding walk-ins, schedule changes, or patient needs.
- Troubleshoot patient issues and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
- Perform all front desk and lobby opening/closing tasks, including filing and maintaining cleanliness.
- Manually check in patients unable to use virtual systems.
- Communicate efficiently with team members to provide updates on patient arrivals and needs.
- Foster an atmosphere of teamwork to contribute to the overall success of the office.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role.
- Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting.
- Focus: A patient-centered approach, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and technology or the ability to quickly learn.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Mandarin (preferred).
