About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process customer checkout transactions and settlements within our wholesale programs
Review customer-submitted inventory and sales information for completeness and accuracy
Assist customers and internal teams with checkout-related questions and documentation
Ensure customer records and financial information are accurately maintained across systems
Support seasonal checkout periods that involve high transaction volume and detailed recordkeeping
Review customer sell-through reports and calculate sell-through percentages
Analyze inventory movement and sales performance across wholesale accounts
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unusual trends requiring follow-up
Assist in preparing checkout-specific reports used to evaluate customer performance
Enter, validate, and maintain checkout and wholesale program data within company systems
Reconcile customer checkout records and supporting documentation
Maintain organized files and audit trails for wholesale financial transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
0–2 years of professional experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable learning new software systems and business processes.
