About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account expansion
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
- Conduct a minimum of 3 in-person visits per account per season, along with consistent monthly outreach (calls/emails)
- Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Prepare and deliver forecasts, reports, and performance updates
- Support and drive successful product launches within both existing and prospective accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in field sales (industry experience preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing a territory (“hunter” mentality)
- Strong skills in negotiation, technical sales, and relationship management
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- High sense of urgency, accountability, and work ethic
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
