About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support and guide our customers through a successful launch of our chat and voicebot platform, ChatCaptain.
You act as a sparring partner for our customers and independently set up processes for them.
You monitor customers and their use of our platform and provide ongoing support.
You collect customer requests and feedback and drive the optimization of our platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an excellent communicator and experienced in customer-facing roles.
Ideally you have experience in the B2B and/or SaaS space.
You have experience with process modeling tools.
You have an IT background and are experienced working with APIs and integrations.
You have a quick grasp and enjoy solving challenging problems.
You enjoy working in a team.
You have good German and English skills.
