About the role

  • Develop processes using our chat and voice bot platform, ChatCaptain.
  • Support customers with interface integrations and the implementation of complex processes.
  • Communicate directly with customers and advise them on technical implementation.
  • Assist in optimizing our products.

Requirements

  • Degree in Applied Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in software and/or web development.
  • Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Strong sense of quality and responsibility.
  • Confident presence with clients and comfortable engaging in direct client communication.
  • Ability to learn and curiosity about trends and new technologies.
