About the role

  • You identify opportunities and build sustainable relationships with our customers.
  • You are responsible for the active identification and acquisition of mid-market and enterprise customers who can benefit from ChatCaptain.
  • You manage the entire sales process: from first contact and product presentation through to a successful close.
  • You analyze the specific communication needs of potential customers and develop tailored solution approaches.
  • You build strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with decision-makers (SVP/C-level) and act as a trusted advisor.
  • You monitor the market, identify trends, and actively contribute your insights to our sales strategy.
  • You work closely with our marketing team to generate targeted sales initiatives and provide our product team with valuable feedback for the continued development of ChatCaptain.
  • You document your activities transparently in our CRM system (HubSpot), providing valuable insights for the team.

Requirements

  • You have at least two years of sales experience in the SaaS sector and/or communication technology, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • You have a proven track record in acquiring and managing mid-market and/or enterprise customers and are confident working with SVP/C-level management.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and enjoy building new relationships and exciting potential customers about an innovative solution.
  • You have a basic understanding of software products and SaaS models and can communicate complex solutions clearly.
  • You work independently and are goal- and results-oriented.
  • Negotiation-level German (C2) and good English skills are required.
