About the role
- Support customers using the ChatCaptain chat and voicebot platform
- Guide customers through successful onboarding and launches
- Act as a sparring partner for customers
- Independently set up processes for customers
- Discuss improvement proposals within the team
- Provide ongoing support to customers in using the platform
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
- Ideally experience in B2B and/or the SaaS sector
- Experience with process modeling tools
- IT background and comfortable working with APIs and integrations
- Quick learner with a passion for solving complex problems
- Good German and English language skills
