About the role

  • You develop processes using our chat and voicebot platform ChatCaptain
  • You support customers in integrating interfaces and implementing complex processes
  • You communicate directly with customers and advise them on the optimal technical implementation
  • You support us in optimizing our products

Requirements

  • You are currently studying, hold a degree in Applied Computer Science / Media Informatics, have a comparable qualification, or are simply able to program
  • You have practical experience in software and/or web development
  • You are proficient with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • You present yourself confidently to customers and are not hesitant to communicate with them directly
  • You are eager to learn, curious about trends and new technologies, and contribute your own ideas
  • Ideally, you already have experience with microservices, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes
