About the role

  • Leading implementation projects: managing end-to-end implementations and configurations of SAP SuccessFactors HCM and ensuring excellent delivery
  • Collaborating with global teams: working with international HR stakeholders to gather requirements, align solutions, and ensure adoption of best practices
  • Project management: developing and monitoring project plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • System optimization: monitoring system performance, proposing improvements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Knowledge sharing: documenting system configurations, processes, and training materials to enable smooth handovers and user training
  • Continuous learning: staying up-to-date with industry trends and SAP updates and leveraging innovative features to improve outcomes

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or customer support, with a focus on Employee Central
  • Proficiency in key SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management/Marketing (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals (P&G), Compensation (COMP)
  • Technical familiarity with SAP IAS/IPS and People Analytics, and integration with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
  • Proven PMO skills and experience leading projects in complex, international environments
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Resident in the EU and fluent in German and English.
