About the role
- Development and enhancement of ABAP programs (reports, OData, APIs)
- Implementation of User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs and customer-specific enhancements
- Creation and maintenance of Smart Forms, Adobe Forms and SAPscript
- Adherence to coding standards and best practices in the SAP development environment
- Debugging, performance analysis and troubleshooting in the SAP system
- Conducting code reviews, transport checks and performance optimization
- Support in requirements clarification, solution design, effort estimation and coordination with SAP Basis
- Participation in SAP projects such as rollouts, migrations or system conversions (e.g. S/4HANA)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ABAP development (classic and object-oriented)
- Knowledge of SAP ALM tools such as SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) or SAP Cloud ALM
- Experience in at least one SAP module
- Optional experience in S/4HANA development (CDS Views, RAP, Fiori/OData), debugging and performance optimization
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum)
