About the role

  • Development and enhancement of ABAP programs (reports, OData, APIs)
  • Implementation of User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs and customer-specific enhancements
  • Creation and maintenance of Smart Forms, Adobe Forms and SAPscript
  • Adherence to coding standards and best practices in the SAP development environment
  • Debugging, performance analysis and troubleshooting in the SAP system
  • Conducting code reviews, transport checks and performance optimization
  • Support in requirements clarification, solution design, effort estimation and coordination with SAP Basis
  • Participation in SAP projects such as rollouts, migrations or system conversions (e.g. S/4HANA)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in ABAP development (classic and object-oriented)
  • Knowledge of SAP ALM tools such as SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) or SAP Cloud ALM
  • Experience in at least one SAP module
  • Optional experience in S/4HANA development (CDS Views, RAP, Fiori/OData), debugging and performance optimization
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum)
