About the role

  • Support the design, implementation and evolution of Employee Experience programs.
  • Focus on surveys, continuous listening and analytics.
  • Serve as a functional and technical reference on the platform.
  • Connect HR, leaders and IT to turn perception data into strategic actions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (min. 2–4 years) with Qualtrics EX.
  • Experience in EX projects, engagement surveys and continuous listening.
  • Knowledge of questionnaire/survey construction, logic, distributions and reporting.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data, create storytelling and provide recommendations.
  • Experience interfacing with HR, IT and leadership teams.
  • Advanced English (for communication, discussions and definitions with clients).
  • Desired: experience or an integrated view with Qualtrics CX (Customer Experience).
