About the role
- Support the design, implementation and evolution of Employee Experience programs.
- Focus on surveys, continuous listening and analytics.
- Serve as a functional and technical reference on the platform.
- Connect HR, leaders and IT to turn perception data into strategic actions.
Requirements
- Solid experience (min. 2–4 years) with Qualtrics EX.
- Experience in EX projects, engagement surveys and continuous listening.
- Knowledge of questionnaire/survey construction, logic, distributions and reporting.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, create storytelling and provide recommendations.
- Experience interfacing with HR, IT and leadership teams.
- Advanced English (for communication, discussions and definitions with clients).
- Desired: experience or an integrated view with Qualtrics CX (Customer Experience).
