About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and analyze end‑to‑end user research activities to support member experience team
Design research studies, prepare test materials, manage participant recruitment and quality
Oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting, monitor tests, adjust when needed
Analyze results, review recordings, identify usability issues, and produce reports
Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to translate insights into recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in UX/User Research or related field
Strong skills in research design
Proven ability to synthesize complex feedback into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication skills for written reports and presentation decks
Comfortable collaborating with Design & Product teams
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple studies in parallel.
Nice to Have: Experience working with financial services / payments / fintech products.
Knowledge of Figma/Miro and common product/design workflows.
Experience with continuous discovery processes.
Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and follow-through on issues.
