DevOps Engineer

• Lead the migration of infrastructure from point-and-click deployments to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure
• Build a scalable, maintainable, and resilient Azure foundation to accelerate development cycles
• Maintain and develop our mature Azure environment
• Define and lead the strategy for CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Create reliable and maintainable Azure DevOps pipelines
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for the engineering team, championing best security and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot Azure issues
• Monitor platform security and maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI)
• Perform upgrades, enhancements, and migrations with zero/minimal downtime
• Pursue automation and process improvements to help the engineering team be successful

• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude via emails, phone, live-chat, video conferencing, etc.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with onboarding new customers via phone, and email.
• Identify potential product up-sell opportunities and pitch solutions to customers.
• Work on and resolve chargeback cases.
• Assist with creating content for our growing Knowledge Base.
