About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Product Owner, you will play a central role in the further development of our Multi Benefit Platform and actively shape a strategically relevant growth area at cadooz.
  • You will connect business requirements with technical implementation and provide clarity in highly complex platform logic. You will work closely with Tech, UX/UI and Business teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
  • With your structured approach you will bring transparency, accountability and focus to all phases of product development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the digital product space and have spent several years working as a Product Owner on complex, technically driven platform products or e‑commerce solutions.
  • You have a very good technical understanding of interfaces, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, backend/frontend logic, integrations and technical constraints.
  • Complexity does not deter you — on the contrary: you can structure unclear requirements, expose contradictions, evaluate options and derive reliable decisions and actionable requirements.
  • You know agile delivery processes, refinements, backlog prioritization, Definition of Ready/Done and quality assurance not just in theory but from practical application.
  • You do not see yourself as a pure interface but take real ownership for product logic, feasibility, quality and delivery capability.
  • You collaborate confidently with Tech Leads and development teams and can drive technical discussions to the extent that you can assess impacts on product, user experience, business processes and prioritization.
  • Ideally, you have experience with B2B, B2E or B2C platforms, apps, SaaS products, HR/benefit solutions, FinTech/payment-related processes or API-based integrations.
  • You use Jira, Confluence and comparable tools routinely for backlog management, documentation and delivery preparation; experience with Figma, Miro or test management tools is a plus.
  • You communicate clearly, reliably and appropriately for the audience — with development, UX/UI, product management, business units and management.
  • You speak German at a minimum C1 level and can communicate confidently in English in technical and product-related contexts.
