About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In the role of Team Lead Process Excellence (m/f/d) you take on a central leadership position and actively shape how epay and cadooz operate.
- You are responsible for Process Excellence, Business Process Management governance and contribute to sustainably increasing efficiency, transparency and measurable business value across the company.
- Together with your team you drive optimizations, automation and the scalable deployment of AI.
- You are the driving force for the meaningful and scalable application of AI in processes and pass on this expertise to the team.
- You act as a strategic sparring partner for management and implement measurable improvements across the entire organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience managing process projects: You bring solid experience in leading complex, cross-functional process initiatives. You lead from analysis and design through to sustainable implementation.
- Deep Business Process Management expertise: You have strong experience in process design, process documentation, governance, standards and in developing a consistent process landscape in a regulated environment.
- Solid Process Excellence expertise: You have practical experience in analyzing, optimizing and continuously improving processes and use automation, digitization and AI deliberately to increase efficiency, quality and scalability measurably.
- Experience leading teams: You have successfully led teams, developed team members and supported them through phases of change.
- Strength in automation & digitization: You have automated processes, implemented digital solutions and measured the realized benefits.
- Practical AI expertise: You have implemented AI use cases in operations and understand the requirements for governance, compliance and adoption.
- Technological curiosity & commitment to continuous learning: You actively follow AI developments and bring these impulses into the team.
- Confident stakeholder management: You convince through clear communication, influence without relying on disciplinary authority and a high degree of personal responsibility.
