Key responsibilities & impact

Do you want to actively contribute to the security and future viability of a company? In this role, you design and optimize key processes in Governance, Risk & Compliance and ensure that legal and internal requirements are implemented efficiently.
You accompany audits from start to finish and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
You coordinate GRC activities in an international environment and continuously develop our systems and standards.
With your analyses and reports, you provide valuable decision-making information for management.

What you’ll need

Education and experience: You have a completed bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the GRC area and can apply your knowledge in day-to-day work.
Tools: You have proven experience working with GRC processes and corresponding tools. You know how to integrate these effectively into existing structures and use them efficiently.
Frameworks: You have solid knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIS2, or DORA. You can apply these confidently and help translate requirements into practice.
Skills: You approach challenges analytically, recognize connections quickly, and find solution-oriented approaches — even for complex issues.
Languages: You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English — both with colleagues and in collaboration with international teams and partners.
