About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will be part of the Creation & Operations EMEA team within Marketing and ensure our brand and communications are implemented consistently, to a high standard, and on schedule.
- In this role, you will design and produce a wide range of marketing assets for digital and traditional channels.
- You will work closely with Marketing, Project Management, and internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Creative execution across all channels: You design and implement marketing and communication materials for digital and traditional channels, ensuring high visual quality.
- Consistent brand presence: You ensure a cohesive brand appearance across all touchpoints and apply existing brand and design guidelines confidently.
- Development of designs & layouts: You create layouts, visuals, and design concepts for campaigns, web and print initiatives.
- Adaptation of campaign assets: You execute campaigns and adapt assets for different formats and channels, both digital and print.
- Maintenance of digital content: You visually prepare and maintain web and online content, for example in CMS-based environments.
- Close team collaboration: You work closely with Marketing Managers, Project Managers, the design team in Hamburg, and external agencies and service providers.
- Solid design experience: You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic or creative design, ideally from marketing, communications, an agency, or corporate design.
- Excellent tool skills: You have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Confident design sense: You have a keen eye for layout, typography and imagery and work with attention to detail and quality.
- Structured working style: You work independently, reliably and in an organized way and keep an overview even with parallel requests.
- Communication and teamwork: You are team-oriented, receptive to feedback and communicate confidently in German (C1) and very well in English.
- Additional skills as a plus: Ideally you have basic knowledge of motion/video, UI/UX, Figma or WordPress and an understanding of marketing and campaign logic.
