About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d), you take on a central role within marketing and ensure that projects, processes and resources are managed efficiently and transparently.
  • You keep the threads together between Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product and external partners and create clear structures in day-to-day operations.
  • You combine project ownership with process-driven thinking and actively contribute to scaling and further developing Marketing Operations.
  • In this role you have direct influence on the efficiency, predictability and speed of execution of our marketing activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in marketing operations: You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, project management or operations and have operationally managed marketing projects.
  • Process and structure understanding: You have a strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign logic and the prioritization of complex tasks.
  • Confident with tools: You are experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello as well as MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Analytical and structured working style: You are organized, keep an overview even with many parallel projects, and ensure transparency and reliability.
  • Communication skills: You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English and are confident coordinating with different stakeholders.
  • Affinity for digital tools & AI: You have a good understanding of digital marketing processes and are open to using AI tools for process optimization.
