About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Partner Manager (m/f/d) in Payment DACH, you play a key role in maintaining and further developing our strategic partnerships.
  • You work with an exclusive portfolio of commercial network operators and sales partners (m/f/d), making a direct contribution to epay's growth.
  • You ensure that our partners (m/f/d) receive optimal support and jointly develop new ideas, concepts and growth strategies.
  • You act as the link between our partners (m/f/d) and internal teams, ensuring smooth processes and driving initiatives to further strengthen our position in the payments market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Partner Management: You have at least five years of experience in partner or sales management and bring solid expertise in managing long-term partnerships.
  • Payment expertise: Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of the payments landscape and a good understanding of current market trends and dynamics.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: You communicate confidently and persuasively in both German and English and conduct negotiations with assurance and on equal terms.
  • Customer orientation: With empathy, a confident presence and assertiveness, you build sustainable partnerships, identify needs early and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Structured & proactive work style: You work independently and in an organized manner, drive topics forward proactively and take responsibility, while remaining resilient in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel: You comfortably split your time between home office, the office and on-site appointments and are prepared to be regularly present with partners or at events.
